1. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: customized products, clearance items, and opened consumables like paints or threads.

2. Process

  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be provided.

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • Issued within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned goods.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

  • We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
